Help us Support Families in Need This Holiday Season!

The Bradley and Nikki Bozeman Foundation was established to strengthen communities through youth engagement, food security, and equal access to education and vocational opportunity. During the most difficult days of the Pandemic, The Bozeman Foundation built strategic partnerships that together marshalled resources and distributed nearly 3 million meals to hungry families in the Baltimore Washington area, garnering Bradley recognition by the NFL and nomination by The Walter Payton Foundation for NFL Man of the Year. The rapidly changing social and economic landscape and partnership with the City of Baltimore Police Department led to the development of the Supporting Your Neighbors and Community Program and its grass-roots initiative, SYNC™ Snacks.

SYNC™ Snacks approaches the Foundation's mission to strengthen communities, at the neighborhood level by packing the Bozeman’s promise to tackle inequities into portable boxes, each filled with kid-friendly, nationally recognized branded snacks, including easy-to-open Spaghetti-O’s cups, miniature Kellogg's cereal boxes, Pop Tarts, Ritz cheese cracker sandwiches, Dole fruit cups, and more. QR codes providing digital access to education support and vocational training opportunity materials, both critical to expanding opportunity to children who live in Baltimore’s historically under-served communities, label the sides of each SYNC™ Snack Box.

Partnership with the women and men of the City of Baltimore Police Department oversees the weekly delivery of SYNC™ Snack Box resources to at-risk children in the City. Community resource and patrol officers have integrated SYNC™ Snacks into their community policing model where these substantial, kid-friendly snacks, paired with important education resources are delivered by officers who use these packages to re-establish meaningful relationships with the youngest and most vulnerable members of the communities served. This programming is a strong first step toward expanding opportunity to children living in historically under-served neighborhoods in Baltimore and we need your support to bring SYNC™ Snacks to children living in under-served communities throughout the rest of the City of Baltimore.

Programming -- food distributions to families who don't have enough to eat -- SYNC™ Snack Boxes that provide food with dignity, expand education opportunity, and provide community leaders and public service officials the change to re-establish important relationships with the kids who need them most -- anti-bullying school visits to help children learn that being different is okay and bullying is wrong -- all of it takes investment and we simply can't do this alone! Please consider joining the team by making a tax deductible donation to The Bradley and Nikki Bozeman Foundation to help tackle inequities and level the playing field for children living in historically under-served communities.
